Flickerbox worked closely with BetterUp’s internal marketing and creative teams to update and refine their information architecture to more easily communicate to their customers and drive qualified leads. In addition to updating the IA we worked to implement a clearer, more consistent user experience, and a fresh look, while leveraging their existing brand.

Working to maintain the visual identity and credibility of their existing brand, we brought fresh new perspectives in implementation. We introduced new styles around featured resources, video promos, customer quotes, graphs, image + UI composites, and much more.

The BetterUp marketing team was also looking for an easier way to manage their content and respond more quickly when generating new content in the future. Flickerbox’s development team took the opportunity to implement a customized WordPress Gutenberg powered system which has enabled BetterUp’s marketing team to take control of their content. It’s now possible for the marketing team to quickly and easily adjust content, layout, styles, and SEO, with an ease they had not thought previously possible.

As a result of BetterUp and Flickerbox’s partnership, their IA is now easy to navigate and self discover, while following business-to-business web best practices. Their key user paths were built through site content toward lead generating assets, leading to increased conversion. And their brand and style elements have been updated to leave visitors with the understanding that BetterUp stands for a new and innovative approach to talent and leadership development.
